Yes — every order of $99 or more ships free within the United States. Orders below $99 have shipping calculated at checkout based on your order.

Because each piece is created and quality-checked just for your order, please allow 2–5 business days for production. Embroidered items need a bit longer — add 3–4 more days. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, DHL, or Asendia.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns showing signs of wear or heavy wrinkling may be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

Head to our returns portal to start a return, exchange, or store credit request — you'll receive a prepaid return label. If you can't access the portal, email info@entrustedtohim.com with your order number and reason for return. Please don't send items back without starting a return first.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately — we cover return shipping at no cost to you. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping (we recommend USPS Ground for the most affordable rate).

Yes — set up an exchange through our returns portal. The customer covers shipping for the replacement item; once your original item is received and accepted, we process the exchange directly.

Yes. Once your return is received, we'll issue store credit for the amount of your order, minus original shipping.

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

No — sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or refunded.

Every product page has its own size guide table with body measurements matched to each size — check it before ordering, since fit varies by style (relaxed, oversized, or true-to-size unisex, depending on the piece).

No problem — our standard size-exchange policy applies. You have 30 days from delivery, and the customer covers return shipping for the replacement (see Returns & Exchanges above).

It depends on the piece. Our hats are a structured 85% acrylic / 15% wool blend. Our t-shirts are heavyweight 100% ring-spun cotton — many garment-dyed for a vintage finish. Our hoodies and sweatshirts are premium organic cotton, many of them GOTS certified. The exact material, weight, and fit are listed in the About the Product section on every product page.

Many of our hoodies, sweatshirts, and tees are made from GOTS-certified organic cotton — an independent standard for organically grown, responsibly manufactured fabric. Certification is noted on the individual product pages that carry it.

To keep prints, embroidery, and garment-dyed color looking their best: machine wash cold, inside out, with like colors; tumble dry low or hang to dry; and avoid ironing directly over any design or embroidery. Garment-dyed pieces are designed to soften and fade gently over time — that's part of the vintage look.

Built to last. Embroidered pieces are stitched, not printed, and our printed graphics use durable, wash-tested methods. Following the care steps above — cold wash, inside out, low heat — keeps them looking sharp for years.
