Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — every order of $99 or more ships free within the United States. Orders below $99 have shipping calculated at checkout based on your order.

How long does it take to make and ship my order?

Every piece is made specifically for you the moment you order, not pulled from a warehouse shelf. Please allow 2–5 business days for production. Embroidered items need a bit longer — add 3–4 more days for those. Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5–9 business days within the U.S. via USPS, UPS, DHL, or Asendia depending on your location and order.

Do you ship internationally?

Not yet — we currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please repack items with care — returns showing signs of wear or heavy wrinkling may be subject to a $10 restocking fee.

How do I start a return?

Head to our returns portal to start a return, exchange, or store credit request — you'll receive a prepaid return label. If you can't access the portal, email info@entrustedtohim.com with your order number and reason for return, and we'll respond within 1–2 business days. Please don't send items back without starting a return first — unrequested returns can't be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us immediately — we cover return shipping at no cost to you, no questions asked. For size exchanges or change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping (we recommend USPS Ground for the most affordable rate).

Can I exchange for a different size?

Yes — set up an exchange through our returns portal. The customer covers shipping for the replacement item; once your original item is received and accepted, we process the exchange directly.

Do you offer store credit instead of a refund?

Yes. Once your return is received, we'll issue store credit for the amount of your order, minus original shipping.

How long do refunds take?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Are sale items or gift cards returnable?

No — sale items and gift cards are final sale and can't be returned or refunded.

Sizing & Fit

How do I find my size?

Every product page has its own size guide table with body measurements matched to each size — check it before ordering, since fit varies by style (relaxed, oversized, or true-to-size unisex, depending on the piece).

What if I order the wrong size?

No problem — our standard size-exchange policy applies. You have 30 days from delivery, and the customer covers return shipping for the replacement (see Returns & Exchanges above).

What is Entrusted to Him?

Entrusted to Him is a Christian apparel brand founded by a youth pastor. Every product is designed to carry a Biblical declaration — not as decoration, but as a statement of who the wearer is and what they carry into every room. A portion of every purchase funds youth ministry for underserved communities.

What does the name "Entrusted to Him" mean?

It's rooted in 1 Peter 2:23 — "He entrusted Himself to Him who judges justly." The name is a reminder that real strength isn't found in striving on your own, but in trusting God with what you carry.

Is a portion of my purchase really going toward ministry?

Yes. The brand's mission is built around funding youth ministry for underserved communities, and the founder remains an active youth pastor — this isn't a marketing add-on, it's the reason the brand exists.

Do you offer digital gift cards?

Yes — our digital gift card is delivered instantly by email and can be used toward any purchase, including shipping and tax. Like other sale-final items, gift cards can't be refunded once purchased, so double-check the value and recipient details before buying.
