30-Day Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Items showing signs of wear cannot be accepted. Please repack your item with care — if a return arrives with signs of wear or heavy wrinkling, a $10 restocking fee may apply.
How to Start a Return
Simply head to our returns portal to start your return, exchange, or store credit request. You'll receive a prepaid return label, and once your item makes it back to us, please allow 3–5 business days for processing. If you're unable to access the portal, email us at info@entrustedtohim.com with your order number and reason for return — we'll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Please do not send items back without initiating a return through the portal or contacting us first — unrequested returns cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@entrustedtohim.com. We'll cover return shipping at no cost to you and make it right — no questions asked.
Size Exchanges & Change of Mind Returns
Need a different size or changed your mind? No problem. Head to our returns portal and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend USPS Ground for the most affordable rate.
Exchanges
If you'd like a different size or style, you can easily set up an exchange through our returns portal. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping fees for the replacement item. Once your return is received and accepted, we'll process your exchange directly — keeping things simple and getting you what you want faster.
Store Credit
Prefer store credit? Once your return is received, we'll happily issue a credit for the amount of your order (minus original shipping).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Bank processing times may vary. If more than 10 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@entrustedtohim.com.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Gift card sales are final. Please double-check the value and recipient information before purchasing.
