Order Processing

Every piece in our store is made specifically for you the moment you place your order — crafted with purpose, not sitting in a warehouse. Please allow 2-5 business days for your order to be produced and shipped. You'll receive a tracking email as soon as it's on its way.

Embroidered Products

Due to the nature of the embroidery process, embroidered items may require an additional 3-4 days of production time. Worth the wait — these pieces are made to last.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, estimated delivery is 5-9 business days within the United States. We ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, and Asendia depending on your location and order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order. Orders of $99 or more ship free.
