Rewards questions

Our free rewards program. You earn points on every order and a few extra actions, move up three tiers (Supporter, Builder, Ambassador), and trade points for dollars off. Membership is automatic when you create an account or place an order.

You earn 5 points for every $1 you spend. Builders earn 6 points per $1 and Ambassadors earn 8. Bonus points: 50 for creating an account, 50 for subscribing to our emails, 300 for your first order, 250 for a product review, 100 for your birthday (add it at least 30 days ahead), and 25 for each social follow (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook like and Facebook share).

Choose a reward at checkout. 500 points = $5 off orders of $30 or more. 1,000 points = $10 off orders of $55 or more. 1,500 points = $15 off orders of $75 or more. 2,000 points = $20 off orders of $90 or more. One reward per order, and rewards can’t be combined with other discount codes.

There are three. Supporter is where everyone starts (5 points per $1). Builder starts at 1,000 points earned, about $120 in orders (6 points per $1, plus VIP-only flash sales and promotions). Ambassador starts at 3,000 points earned, about $450 in orders (8 points per $1, VIP-only flash sales, and early access to new drops). Your tier is based on total points earned, so spending or expiring points never lowers it.

Yes. Points expire if you don’t use them within 12 months of earning them, and spending always uses your oldest points first. Points you already had when this policy started (October 17, 2026) expire 12 months from that date.
